These MVP terms describe the responsibilities and limits for using QR Safety Scan during pilot readiness.

Customer responsibilities
The customer company is responsible for reviewing submitted reports, evaluating workplace conditions, taking appropriate corrective action, and complying with applicable safety, employment, privacy, and recordkeeping obligations.
Workflow tool
QR Safety Scan is a documentation and workflow tool for collecting, tracking, and exporting safety reports. It does not perform safety inspections, incident investigations, legal analysis, or regulatory compliance determinations.
No guarantee
QR Safety Scan does not guarantee that hazards will be identified, injuries will be prevented, reports will be resolved, or regulatory compliance will be achieved.
Authorized access
Dashboard access is limited to invited users assigned by QR Safety Scan or the customer company. Users must protect their credentials and access only the customer data they are authorized to manage.
Pilot readiness
These MVP terms are working pilot copy and should be reviewed by appropriate legal counsel before broader commercial launch.
